Apex Surf offers a range of water safety courses from professional beach and open water lifeguard courses for those looking to make a career as a lifeguard or a surf coach, to self rescue courses for surfers to learn skills that might save you, your surf buddy or another ocean user.

WINTER COACHING
We coach year round and with the surf pumping lately, it’s the ideal time for some winter coaching in prep for those warmer summer days. Or why not book some time on line to sit down with us and give your surfing a review and refresh.
With daylight tides at a premium we are running mainly half day and small group sessions. These are running either in South Wales or South Coast at the moment, drop us a line if you want to take advantage of quieter waves and good swell.
DEVELOPMENT SQUAD
We are starting a new squad of aspiring competition surfers to work with. You could be a junior or adult, existing competitor or new to surf comps. Please get in touch if you would like to join the team. We aim to meet twice a month, once online and once a month at the beach for in person sessions.
